Cinemon is a server-based solution that gives everyone in your technical staff access to the information they need. Unlike workstation-based solutions that only one engineer in your Operations Staff can use, Cinemon is intended to be used by every Technical Support Representative as well as the entire Operations team.

TSRs using Cinemon can often detect and diagnose problems with your network in minutes that would require long weeks of analysis by your Operations team to detect without it. Looking at an individual customer's modem, your TSRs can instantly see the health of the network elements related to that modem, from the CMTS and Channels the modem uses, to the Street on which it is located, to the particular Line Extender or Trunk to which it is connected, and even those modems which share the same hardware and software revisions.

Beyond making your TSRs more productive, and reducing your support call time, Cinemon lets anyone with an account explore the complex interactions in your HFC network. Your Operations team can easily browse to find the transmit/receive levels seen by a given modem software revision on a given Trunk Amplifier as fed by a given CMTS. They can divide and redivide any problem area to discover the underlying patterns which are affecting your customers.
